The organizer of the fair is Rönesans A.ş. with a launch meeting brought together the leaders of the Turkish gaming industry at Point Hotel. Underlined that the Gamex 2017 to be held between 14 – 17 September 2017 will be very different from the fair that has been held to date. Rönesans A.Ş. Chairman of the Board of Directors H. İsmet Göksel stated that they would like to have a world-class exhibition area for this size organization and therefore they preferred Istanbul TÜYAP Fair and Congress Center as the address of Gamex 2017 organization from this year.

GameX has formed a strategic partnership with ESL Turkey, Göksel stated that they will be hosting one of the biggest esports tournaments held in Turkey and that there will be a giant LAN Party similar to those seen in international organizations. In addition to ESL Turkey, the most important names of Turkey such as Netmarble Turkey, Riot Games, Gaming in TURKEY | MENA | EU Game Consultancy and Marketing Agency, BiTaxi and Getir companies, Gamesultan, and Oyunder also took part in the meeting. Speaking at the launching meeting, OYUNDER Chairman Tansu Kendirli stated that they will be among the strategic partners of GameX in 2017 as they are every year and that they will take part in conferences that will appeal to a wider audience with enriched content in this organization.
