In order to be able to switch the entire system of the Game Sultan to Razer Gold, the users of the Game Sultan also had to upgrade their existing accounts to Razer Gold. Prior to the transition on April 1, 2019, Razer Gold has prepared a communication plan through Turkey’s social media accounts to inform and direct users in a correct way during the transition process. Within the scope of this social media communication plan, we have made announcements about all the problems that users might encounter, such as current balances, account status, etc., and tried to complete this transition process with almost zero problems. We answered the questions and problems users which they wanted to know about.

Following the completion of the transition to Razer Gold Turkey, we continued to direct Razer Gold Turkey users with renewed visuals and communication language.

In addition, to increase the number of followers in Razer Gold Turkey Instagram account, in April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day, we have organized a Steam Wallet Key giveaway for 23 people. With the post we published for giveaway, we received more than 1700 likes and comments in total. In total, we received more than 86,000 reaches, more than 120,000 views. In order to support the giveaway, we worked with popular influencers Duygu Köseoğlu and Umc4n. At the same time, on many Instagram pages, we have increased the number of entries to the giveaway thanks to story ads. After a total of 5 days of process, Razer Gold Turkey gained more than 2000 new followers in total.
